Shipping policy
Everything we make is made to order, by hand, in Finland. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your order goes into production once it is placed. That is why our delivery times are longer than a typical online shop's, and why we would rather tell you honestly up front.
Production time
Add production time to the shipping time below.
- Pump belts, sensor pouches and meter bags: approximately 1–2 weeks
- Mini backpack: approximately 2–3 weeks
- Injection pants: approximately 4–5 weeks
If your order contains several items, we normally send everything together once the slowest item is ready. Ask us if you would prefer a split delivery.
Shipping to Sweden
- 99 kr flat rate
- Free on orders of 599 kr and over
- Transit time after dispatch: usually 2–5 working days
Shipping to Finland
- €10 flat rate
- Free on orders of €130 and over
- Transit time after dispatch: usually 1–3 working days
Shipping elsewhere
We ship across the EU and to selected countries beyond it at a flat €16. Transit times after dispatch are typically 2–5 working days within the Nordics and 3–8 working days elsewhere in the EU.
Customs and taxes
We ship from Finland. Orders within the EU carry no customs charges or import duties, and all applicable VAT is included in the price you see.
Tracking and delays
You receive a confirmation when your order ships. If your delivery is running late or seems lost, email tilaukset@keikku.com and we will chase it.
If we cannot deliver within 30 days and have not agreed another date with you, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Wrong address
Check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a second shipping charge may apply.
