Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you have named, takes physical possession of the goods.

Our products are made to order, but they are made in standard sizes and colours you choose from our range. They are not personalised to your own specifications, so your right of withdrawal applies in full.

How to cancel

Tell us by a clear statement before the 14 days are up — email tilaukset@keikku.com is easiest. You can use the wording below, but you do not have to:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [product], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name, address, date.

Sending your notice before the deadline is enough — it does not matter when it reaches us.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back to us without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from the day you tell us you are cancelling. You pay the direct cost of returning them.

You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If you handle them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value.

Your refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard one, we refund the standard cost.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Refunds go to the original payment method. You will not incur any fees from us for the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right at no cost to you — repair, replacement or refund. This is separate from and in addition to the 14-day cancellation right, and is not time-limited in the same way.
